STRATEGIC PLAN
Toward the Future 2005 - 2009
Our College plans effectively so as to enhance the education
which is provided to our students. To achieve this, the College has developed
strategic plans in recent years; the latest plan Towards the Future 2005 – 2009
was launched by the Principal on Thursday, 17th March, 2005.
The plan is based on the College’s Mission Statement and on
these Commitment Statements:

- We seek to develop and maintain genuine and positive relationships.
- We work to educate the whole person.
- We offer a curriculum which is relevant and enriching.
- We pledge to provide high quality facilities and resources.
- We value our Monican traditions as we look ahead to the future.
This exciting plan is dedicated to:
- Current and future students of St Monica's College
- Regional parish communities - the people and the pastors
- Parents of today and tomorrow
- Those who work as educators at the College in a variety of ministries and
occupations
