STRATEGIC PLAN
Towards the Future 2010 – 2014
Our College plans effectively so as to enhance the education which is provided to our students. To achieve this, the College has developed strategic plans in recent years; the latest plan is Towards the Future 2010-2014.
The plan is based on the College’s Mission Statement and on these Strategies:
- Education in Faith is our mission as a Catholic school
- School Community is our spirit of inclusion, welcome and outreach
- Wellbeing is our commitment to all Monicans
- Learning and Teaching is our core business
- Leadership and Management is our responsibility to the future
This exciting plan is dedicated to:
- Current and future students of St Monica's College
- Our regional and priority parishes, their communities and schools
- Parents of today and tomorrow
- All staff and associates who educate Monicans on a daily basis
- Our Alumni
- The Sisters of the good Samaritan of the Order of St Benedict who staffed this College
at its foundation in 1964
- St Monica’s College, Epping fulfils the mission of the universal and local Catholic Church
