WELFARE AND DISCIPLINE
POLICY
The purposes of the Welfare and
Discipline Policy are to:

foster Christian values and attitudes within the College community
-
develop and encourage a sense of social responsibility to the needs of
individuals and groups in the school community

provide a framework for developing self discipline
-
enhance students' self acceptance and acceptance of others
-
assist students with personal problems
-
strengthen interaction between College and home and to encourage staff, students
and parents to share the responsibility for student welfare
-
ensure that the facilities and organisational structures of the College
facilitate the positive interaction between students, staff and parents.
