CENTRE
The Study Centre is a popular programme with DSC students and is run in the SJQL (Sister Julian Quaine Library).
The Study Centre is dedicated to assisting students in Years 10-12 with homework, general course work and providing an environment for quiet study and research. The Centre is committed to providing quality assistance to enhance student learning.
It is available Monday to Thursday from 3.30 – 4.30 pm – during term times, excluding days when students are not in attendance. These days are advertised in advance.
Learning Support Officers are on hand to assist and support students. These staff members share their knowledge in a variety of subject areas across the curriculum, so the support provided is very strong and focused on the needs of our current students.
The Learning Support Officers can assist with homework, research and study skills for Years 10, 11 and 12.
