FEES
St Monica’s College offers several payment options to enable parents to meet their fee obligations.
St Monica’s College, Epping charges Tuition Fees and Levies to Parents/ Guardians annually at the beginning of Term 1.
Payments are due and payable in four equal instalments by the second week of each Term if you are not on a school administered payment plan.

Each family is charged a single general levy of $600 to be utilised towards the cost of essential items and services including but not limited to improvement and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. The general levy is not tax deductible for families.
An E-resource levy of $500 per student has been introduced for the 2026 academic year to enhance technology across the College for present and future years. All device faults, repairs and/or replacements will continue to be subsidised as per the College Notebook Program Memorandum of Understanding / Notebook Hire Agreement signed by each parent and student.
Tuition fees are inclusive of the vast majority of extra-curricular activities, including the supply of curriculum-based accessories, excursions and camps. The tuition fee does not cover additional chargeable expenses which may include but are not limited to Music Lessons, failure to return a library book and/or Domestic and International trips. These will be charged on a separate fees account.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
Families with more than one student currently at the school will receive the following discount:

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can authorise the College to automatically debit an instalment amount from your nominated bank or credit card account on a Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Quarterly basis - 2

Payments via the community (fee) portal or via BPay
For all families that have opted into a school administered payment plan an additional extension to pay school fees will apply.
The annual Tuition Fee, General Levy and E-Resource Levy invoice will be issued at the start of the school year. Please keep in mind that payments are due and payable in four equal instalments by the second week of each term if you are not on a school administered payment plan:
- Instalment 1 – 13 February 2026
- Instalment 2 – 1 May 2026
- Instalment 3 – 24 July 2026
- Instalment 4 – 16 October 2026.
