PROGRAMS
St Monica’s College, Epping offers two major specialist programmes for students, Horizons and Arrunga.

ABOUT HORIZONS
Created for highly able students. It is an interactive programme that is designed to maximise their learning abilities by placing them with other high calibre students.
HORIZONS is a Year 7 – 10 Programme with a VCE mentor provided to support students throughout their senior studies.
Open to all students applying for Year 7 at St Monica’s College, it encourages learning at an accelerated pace.
From 2026 onwards, selection into the Year 7 HORIZONS Program will take place as part of the Grade 6 Testing Day, which is held in June each year. Students will complete this testing while they are in Grade 6. This change ensures that all prospective students are considered for the HORIZONS Program through the standard testing process conducted prior to Year 7.
ABOUT ARRUNGA
The Arrunga Inclusion Program focuses on students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
They are provided with the necessary support from experienced teachers for positive academic, social and emotional outcomes.
